Ronald J. Sailer

President & CEO

Ronald J. Sailer is President & CEO and comes to First Resource Bank with 30 years of banking experience.  Ron began his banking career in 1977 as a loan officer with First Federal Savings and Loan in Bismarck, North Dakota.  Ron has also held various bank officer positions with American Federal Savings Bank, Hampton Bank, Marquette Bank, Venture Bank in Bloomington, MN and most recently, VP/Commercial Banking at First Resource Bank. 

Joshua J. Harrington

Vice President - Real Estate Banking

Joshua J. Harrington is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas.  He began his banking career in 2002 with a community bank located in the metro area.  Josh learned the banking business by working his way up through the ranks, specializing in real estate financing with a concentration in residential and commercial construction/development.  Josh developed his work ethic by growing up in a small farming community in southeast Minnesota. 

Ryan J. Krautkremer

Assistant Vice-President, Commercial Lending

Ryan J. Krautkremer is a graduate of Augsburg University.  He started his career in finance at the age of eighteen with Conseco Financial as a mortgage lender and processor.  Most recently, Ryan was the Business Development Officer at Americana Bank in Chanhassen, MN.  Ryan grew up in the Waseca, MN area and is married and has two children.  His hobbies include golf, baseball, camping and traveling with the family.

Pat Henderson
Vice President of Loan Administration

Pat Henderson is a 30-year veteran of the financial services industry. She began her banking career in 1975 with Farm Credit Services, and subsequently joined a $250 million community bank in North West Iowa as vice president of loan administration. Pat and her family moved to the southwest suburbs of the Twin Cities in 2004 when she joined a Metro-area community bank as vice president of loan administration.

Aaron P. Bakken
Business Owner

Aaron P. Bakken has 14 years of home building, excavating and real estate development experience in the bank's primary market area. He is a lifelong resident of the Prior Lake/New Prague areas and, along with his wife and daughters, currently resides in New Prague. Aaron and his family have a series of real estate related companies in Prior Lake and Savage. Aaron is a principal in Bakken Homes, Bakken Development, Bakken Excavating and Floor to Ceiling companies. Aaron's local knowledge of networks within the communities in our primary market area, and his expertise in local real estate, are significant assets to the bank.

Allan J. Iverson
Certified Public Accountant

Allan J. Iverson, CPA, has 30 years of individual, partnership and corporate income tax experience, and is currently a tax accountant with NJK Holding Corporation. He retired from public accounting in 2005 and is a former shareholder in the CPA firm of Steingart & Iverson, P.A. Mr. Iverson earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Moorhead State University and a master's degree in business taxation from the University of Minnesota.

Peter T. Rauch
Business Owner

Peter T. Rauch is the President/CEO of First Resource Corp. which sells vehicle service contracts to automobile dealers in the five state area.  He has over 13 years experience in the training of finance and insurance managers in the automobile industry.  He has been elected for the past 13 years to the District Council for the City of St. Paul and has served on the St. Paul Star Board and the Northeast Neighborhood Development Corporation.

Dennis M. Hansen
Chairman, First Resource Bank Board of Directors
Director, Evans Bancshares Inc., Evansdale, Iowa

Dennis M. Hansen has 18 years of banking experience. He is Chairman of the First Resource Bank Board of Directors and has been with First Security State Bank, Evansdale, Iowa since 1992. His current position with First Security State Bank is President/CEO/Director. Mr. Hansen was a founding organizer of Olmsted National Bank and a director of the bank from 1996-2003. He has been a director of Evans Bancshares Inc. since 1994 and was formerly a bank examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and a Commissioned Examiner with the Iowa Division of Banking.

Richard K. Hansen
Retired Chairman, Evans Bancshares, Inc., Evansdale, Iowa

Richard K. Hansen has more than 33 years of banking experience. From 1982 until 2005 he has been Chairman of the Board of First Security State Bank and President of Evans Bancshares Inc., Evansdale, Iowa. He served as President/CEO of First Security State Bank from 1982-2002. He was a founding organizer of Olmsted National Bank, Rochester, Minnesota in 1996, and served as a director until 2003. From 1972-1982, Mr. Hansen was vice president of consumer lending for Peoples Bank and Trust, Waterloo, Iowa.

Michael Borchert

Business Owner

Mike Borchert started out his career working for both national and locally owned payroll service companies.  An entrepreneur and natural salesman, he started his own payroll company, PayDay of Minnesota, in 1994.  The company grew to exceed $9,000,000 in annual revenue before being sold to Wells Fargo Bank in 2004.  As an Executive Vice President of Wells Fargo Bank, Mike led the team that built the foundation and successfully launched Wells Fargo into the payroll industry.  Since leaving his position with Wells Fargo in 2006, he spends his time managing his own privately held venture capital business.  He also holds seats on the Boards of Directors for several Minnesota businesses.  Mike lives in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, with his wife Sue and their three children.
