Darren Hetland President & CEO Darren has been in the banking industry since 1991 and has executive bank management leadership and Federal regulatory examination experience. Darren has significant experience in all types of lending including commercial, agricultural and consumer. He takes great pride in delivering superior customer service to each individual to ensure that customers' needs are met. Todd Seeman Commercial Loan Officer Todd has been in the banking industry since 1995. Todd has a wide variety of experience in banking where he started his career as a personal banker before managing a branch of a large bank. He has a great deal of knowledge and experience in business banking which he utilizes to help customers meet their financial needs and to help them grow their businesses. Todd has been servicing the Twin Cities Metro-area for the past 5 years. Paul R. Rank Vice President of Operations & Cashier Paul R. Rank began his banking career in 1981, dedicating his time and talents primarily to the operations, accounting, audit and compliance functions with the banking industry. Paul has held similar management positions at three other financial institutions in Minnesota, as well as performed consulting work for banks in Wyoming and Montana. He has served on various banking industry and non-profit organization committees, and attained the Certified Cash Manager designation in 1995. Originally from southeastern Minnesota, Paul has lived in the Twin Cities metropolitan area since 1976. Pat Henderson BOARD OF DIRECTORS Dennis M. Hansen Allan J. Iverson Allan J. Iverson, CPA, has 30 years of individual, partnership and corporate income tax experience, and is currently a tax accountant with NJK Holding Corporation. He retired from public accounting in 2005 and is a former shareholder in the CPA firm of Steingart & Iverson, P.A. Mr. Iverson earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Moorhead State University and a master's degree in business taxation from the University of Minnesota. Peter T. Rauch Richard K. Hansen Michael Borchert Business Owner Mike Borchert started out his career working for both national and locally owned payroll service companies. An entrepreneur and natural salesman, he started his own payroll company, PayDay of Minnesota, in 1994. The company grew to exceed $9,000,000 in annual revenue before being sold to Wells Fargo Bank in 2004. As an Executive Vice President of Wells Fargo Bank, Mike led the team that built the foundation and successfully launched Wells Fargo into the payroll industry. Since leaving his position with Wells Fargo in 2006, he spends his time managing his own privately held venture capital business. He also holds seats on the Boards of Directors for several Minnesota businesses. Mike lives in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, with his wife Sue and their three children.
